When you actually get an appointment the doctors are professional, friendly and the service is exactly as you would hope. But, there is not enough capacity to make an appointment when is suitable for an individual who is working full-time. Not all appointments are emergencies and it is not acceptable to have to take a morning or afternoon off work for a 10 minute consultation. There should be more flexibility in making appointments that match work / life commitments.

Dear Patients Thank you that you take time to review our practice and give us feedback about the things we are doing well and the areas we need to improve. Great difficulty in getting an appointment, have to go in person and then come back later on. Doctor questioned why I had an appointment. Told to make a follow up appointment regarding another matter, tried to do that and guess what-you cannot make an appointment until they work! Overall unpleasant experience and has gone down hill rapidly since the merger and enlargement. Will be looking to register elsewhere as the system is failing and will hopefully not be made to feel like a criminal for using the service.

Getting an appointment is impossible. Surgery seems to not have any idea as to my medical history. Enlarged practice has made what was a poor practice even worse.
